This is how an unwanted member of the acoustic collection looks like. This used to be Lyric Acoustic Guitar Patient.jpgseldom used acoustic guitar waiting for months and years that somebody would pick it up and be strummed. Unfortunately or rather fortunately… I saw and recognized its beauty …. my creative juice sparkled … picked it up … had a bird’s-eye-view from side to side …. checked the grain of wood … had a Frankenstein wide grid …. paid in full …. and finally whispered on the sound hole … “you’re my baby, come home with me”! Come to think of it, I have no intention of strumming it. Am I crazy? No just on rehab for my UAS.Cut-Away Acoustic Patient.jpg IMG_4954.jpg

Cool! How does it sound? How did you (or did you) reconfigure the bracing? Do you think the body is large enough to handle the low tones of the baritone?
