Greetings!
I’ve decided to part ways with my special order Kamaka HF-3S tenor to help fund another expensive hobby. I am happy enough with my other “nice uke” – a custom Moore Bettah – and don’t play enough to justify keeping both. So, the Kamaka is up for sale.

The details:
I am the original owner of this spectacular instrument, which was completed in October 2010. At my request, it was built with the following upgrades:
Beautiful 4A figured koa front, back and sides
Ebony head plate, fret board, and bridge (instead of rosewood)
PEGHEDS 4:1 planetary tuners (instead of Schallers)

To the best of my knowledge, this is the first and only Kamaka with factory-installed PEGHEDS. These tuners give the uke a more traditional and balanced look while retaining the functionality of a geared tuner.

This instrument is supplied in an Ameritage Silver Series uke case with an Oasis humidifier. Like the uke itself, the case is in like new condition with virtually no signs of use or wear. This instrument has been a “case queen” since new. I estimate that it has no more than 10 hours of play time!

The action and intonation of this instrument are virtually perfect. There are no buzzes and no dead notes. You will be pleased!

Asking price of $2050 includes insured shipping within the lower 48 states. Please add 3% for PayPal.

Please email me with any questions!
Thanks,
Mika

Wow Mika, where does the time go? That was a great thread back then and it still is today. It was fun re-reading all of the posts. I miss a lot of the people from those days.

Anyway somebody snatch this up. I have a deluxe Kamaka and it is one of my finest ukes.

Good luck with the sale.
