Let me help you by saying the solid spruce topped Harmony ukes are LOUD and BRIGHT! And I mean all that in a good way. I own a 1930's Roy Smeck "concert" soprano uke. I originally put Martin M600 strings on it, and that uke was so overpowering, I had to tone it down with Aquila strings.

If I didn't already have one, I'd snatch that one up in a second. Great price for a great uke. The new owner will be more than pleased with it.
