Can anyone tell me if the tuners on my Imua iC concert can be swapped for Gotoh UPT tuners? Cosmetic issue; I don't like the "ears."

Yes, but you'll want to fill the screw holes. I would do it in a heartbeat. Take it to a guitar or uke tech. They might have to slightly ream the tuning post holes.

Guitar-style tuners on a Martin concert is a relatively recent phenomenon. Vintage 1Cs had friction tuners, for better or worse.
