Radius on neck blocks Video

A couple of years back "Dominator" showed a method of sanding the radius on neck blocks...I got the idea off him and I adapted it for my use...As I am making a batch of neck blocks at the moment to go with the 38 necks i previously made..I made a video of how easy it is to do.

Nice, Ken. I'm going to stick with the RoboSander, but your method is probably faster.

Ken, this is much betta than the jig I made. I got the idea from Mike DaSilva. I've been retooling a bit in the past few weeks. Made new bending forms with spring steel instead of metal flashing, updated the bender itself and made a jig for routing the tail graft. Need to redo the neck radius jig and make a jig for routing the saddle slots.
