She knows C, F and A and is learning how to pluck if you say "2nd string 1st fret" etc but that last part is a little bit harder for her but she's getting it!

Definitely never too young! My son went through three ukes by the time he was four. He literally played them to death! (Then I switched him to guitar.)

I'll bet a lot of us wish we had started that young (and were as cute).
I love it! My 21month old grandson will have to join her band! He loves to play too!
