I'm just beginning to practice my finger picking. I'm in my sixties so I would like some basic exercises to limber up and educate the fingers. Can you direct me to some?

I love the book "Ukulele Exercises for Dummies". I usually stay away from those types of books but this one has been really really helpful to me!
