Question about new strings.

Okay, So I got my new Kala KA 15s :]
When I opened it and started playing, it sound Soo good. After a few hours of playing, its started to sound out of tune, So I turned on my chromatic tuner and tuned it. The problem is, it still sounds kinda funny, like not how it sounded when I took it out of the box. Is it just the strings settling in? or is my tuner just messing with me?

EDIT: I think I'm partially tone-deaf, So I don't know if its tune or not without my chromatic tuner.
I tried playing it in G D and A7 and it sounds alittle to sharp on G and D and dull on A7

It's probably because they're new. You have to stretch them out. If you're unsure of how to do so, you can try the search function, or look it up on youtube or something. :]
