I have added one vintage songbook to the collection of vintage music on DVD. It's British and called 20 Good Old Songs. These are:

  • Jolly Good Company
  • Eleven More Months
  • Show Me The Way To Go home
  • All by Yourself
  • There's A Good Time Coming
  • We All Go Oo-Ha-Ha Together
  • The Old Kitchen Kettle
  • He Played His Ukulele As The Ship Went Down
  • Give Yourself A Pat On The Back
  • The More We Are Together
  • Ain't It Grand To be BloominG Well Dead
  • And Only Me Knows Why
  • Ever So Goosey
  • Let's All Be Happy Together
  • Abie, My Boy
  • Sergeant Flagg And Sergeant Quirt
  • There You Are Again
  • A Thick, Thick Fog In London
  • Over The Garden Wall
  • It Always Starts To Rain
it's undated, but the songs themselves are noted as 1929-32.

I also added three new British songsheets today:
  • Lady of Madrid
  • Vienna in Springtime
  • When You've Got a Little Springtime In Your Heart

These were all scanned by a fellow ukester for me.

If anyone wants a PDF, let me know. I'm also in negotiation with a gent in England for 170 pieces from the 50s. Just a bit pricey for me right now... but I am saving madly towards it.

Still looking for a song sheet for My Woman by Wallman and Crosby. Anyone have one?

Latest list of songs in ukulele arrangement scanned to PDF is here:

www.vintageukemusic.com/pdfs/vintage_ukulele.pdf

158 pages of titles, more than 7,400 songs (over 7,000 without the duplicates).

Today I was loaned a bag of old songsheets from about 1900 to 1945; about a dozen uke tunes I didn't already have (1920s), plus several for guitar (1930s) that are worth scanning. I'll work on scanning them this week.

A few more songs added this week thanks to a loan of some 1920s-30s song sheets from a local friend. About eight uke arrangements, and some guitar arrangements too.

That's an incredibly large collection of songs. Thanks for putting these all together.
