the fretboard coming up is only an issue if it makes it buzz. you can inject a little glue and clamp it down and no one would know. nice find
At that price I'd certainly add a true banjo uke to the collection, that's for sure! Even if you spent another €74 fixing it up you'd still have a Banjo Uke for $100.... And there are not many of them out there at that price. But if you can repair it yourself, you may have the bargain of the month, if not the year!

If you don't buy it, there are plenty of other people on here that are waiting in line for it. 
It looks like a great deal, and it wouldn't take much to fix the few flaws that it has. Well worth the money.
