Peghead Inlay Figure

Does anyone know what this inlay is? Celtic, generic? A friend of mine started a baritone for his wife and he passed away. I finished the project for her. I think he got the peg head overlay and fretboard (pre-inlayed from Vietnam). Anyone seen it and can ID if it is supposed to be Hawaiian, Celtic or what? More photos in my albums under baritone. Thanks.

Assuming the instrument held by the girl in the inlay is a ukulele, I'd suggest "late '60's hippy" ... bare feet, the style of dress and the headband ... typically Woodstock or Hyde Park, 1969

.... seriously though, it's just a pretty girl with an instrument, or are you asking about the intertwined flowers?
