Hi all. I am trying to downsize a bit, so I am putting my 2013 Ko'olau T100 Koa Slothead tenor up for sale. It is a beautiful uke, both in looks and in tone. Very pretty curly koa. Made by Noah Bonk, whom I feel is the best there is.

I bought this ukulele brand new 6 months ago from Andrew at Hawaii Music Supply. I liked it so much that I bought a Ko'olau CS Custom soon after. It sets up wonderfully - nice low action with no buzzing. Curly koa back and sides, satin finish, ebony fretboard and bridge, abalone rosette, Gotoh Stealth Tuners, original hard shell case.

It is in near Mint condition. It never left my home and has been kept in its case in my climate controlled music room. It just has some faint strum marks in the top from my playing it.

NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR SALE

Here is a clip of Corey at HMS playing it when it was new:

And I hope Andrew doesn't mind, but I am also including a link to the listing on the HMS website when it was for sale:

KoOlaus are the best of the "K" brands, without doubt.

Lovely.

I'm adding a "warts and all" clip I just did of this great sounding uke:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0psn8ZqFNZo

It's hard to capture the tone with just an iPad Mini, but it really has volume and sustain and a beautiful bell-like tone. I wasn't aiming for a perfect take, but just something that demonstrates the voice it has developed over the six months since I purchased it.

So, bump with a clip!

Sweet uke! Ko'olau is one of my favorite brands. Definitely a top notch uke. Good luck with the sale! Interested in any trades or just cash?

No interest in trades, thanks. I am selling it because I need the cash.

Having a custom Ko'olau tenor is my dream uke! One day I'll order one.

These are great, and it's at a great price!

Well, folks - after making the mistake of spending more time with this Ko'olau, I have decided to hang onto it. I still need to raise some cash, so I will have to put something else up for sale. In the meantime, I hope everyone enjoys a nice weekend!
