Kepasa Mezzo-Soprano, Josephine model, solid highly figured Mahogany body & neck with Engelmann Spruce top.

This is a Kepasa Ukulele made by Kevin Crossett of Vermont. This one is the "Josephine" model. It features Spanish Mahogany wood on the sides, back and neck with very nice figuring and a high gloss finish. It has an Engelmann Spruce top with black binding on both the top and back. The fretboard and bridge are ebony. The scale of the instrument is 14-inches.

Kevin Crossett is one of the best luthiers out there today. The current price of a new Josephine model is $850, along with months of waiting.

Additional information about the Josephine model can be found at http://www.kepasaukulele.com/

This is a full sounding instrument with great note definition and balance across the strings. It is amazingly easy to play with great action and terrific intonation due to the compensated saddle.

This uke is in nearly mint condition and includes a hard foam case.

Kevin is my favorite builder...He makes them very light and very responsive...the intonation is always SPOT ON! Overall a truly a great instrument, but I need to sell this one due to personal changes in my life.
