I have created a new webpage called the Tab Transposer.

By default it switches to guitar, but you can go directly to

What it does is to take any kind of text file (or manual inputs) and tries to search for chords. If it finds chords it will try to transpose them to any key you want, and additionally show a summary of all chords either for guitar, keyboard, or ukulele (in c, d or g tuning).
The page is brand new, so there probably still are some bugs in it, but I hope you guys will find it useful!
