You need to find the chords for the songs and then learn those chords. This is pretty basic strumming, so after you learn the chords, strum and sing.

just google ramones chords punk uses power chords in this case they found the power chord names and played the full open chords and slowed down the song nothing to hard here it's a ramomes song especially on the uke should take all of 5 minutes to learn and these two covers use guitar not uke FYI
