yesterday i bought tenor aquila nylgut strings from guitar center and they said that i could put them on my ukulele, im kinda of having second thoughts about it and im wondering if the strings will work fine on my soprano uke.

The thickness of those strings is for the correct tension on a tenor uke. I believe that Aquila soprano and concert strings are the same diameter. While they may work, it's not likely those tenor strings would sound great on your soprano. Return them and get a soprano set.

did you tell them you had a soprano
sized uke it's messed up they would
sell you tenor strings for a soprano
no I would not use them return it
and get soprano strings.

Southcoast uses the same string sets for different sizes but they are generally different tunings. If you do try these on the soprano they are more likely to work in a higher tuning like D instead of C.

yes i told them and they said it would work fine on a soprano
