Sarah Mclachlan is playing an ukulele in her concerts

A friend just came home from a Sarah McLachlan concerrt in the Denver area and told me that Sarah played the ukulele on a song called "The Sound That Love Makes." I found this video of the song from a performance at the Greek theatre in LA on June 28.

I was at that concert at the Greek. It was a total shock, and she actually mentioned that uke was her first instrument.

My question: can y'all help with the chords? I'm a total novice and have gotten as far as... okay, there's a C. Um, I think an E7? Definitely Am makes an appearance, um... And yeah, that's about it. Have been fiddling since she first put it online here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZFUJ1aDx_4c

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
