Ok, here's my last video for now, once again displaying Southcoast's 'Eddie Freeman Special Guilele String Set', which I aboslutely love. It allows for E to E guitar tuning on the guitalele/guilele, with strings 4,5&6 one octave up. It gives a re-entrant character to the tuning, while standard guitar chord shapes can be used as usual. The voicings are very sweet, like a re-entrant baritone ukulele with two extra strings.
Before somebody thinks I am hired by Southcoast, let me say I'm not. I just happen to think that this string set is a wonderful invention.
And now; off to Portugal. See you in a couple of weeks!
