Bridge Insert or Bridge Saddle

Got a cheap HILO soprano uke missing a part. The bridge is black & the saddle is white (missing). Anyone know the best to rig a bridge saddle. I know I need a part, but I'm trying to rig a piece that will work like the saddle.

You can stop in a muisc store that sells guitars, They should have a saddle that will fit. You want it snug, not loose. You will have to sand it to length and height.
