Aloha ! i am very beginner I decided to start my adventure with stripes from Guitalele (Y. gl1) . I found this webpage how to play chord chart on g.uke http://stijnart.deviantart.com/art/Complete-Guitalele-Chord-Chart-317877973 but i dont have idea how to play for example : B ? it seems that i have to touch all 6 stripes ? how can i do this ? (i know it's really stupid question but i am really desperate)

Hi Remo, welcome to UU! Barre chords will be very difficult if you are a beginner. It may be better to start will Open Chords until you get the hang of things. Good luck!

Nah, just get a book of guitar chords and start practicing. There's no easy, simple way to avoid practice. There are thousands of books for guitar beginners, too. And YouTube videos, so get started and practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, and then practice some more.
