We had a nice visit talking about the really important stuff: wood, band saws, saw blades, etc. He sold me a very, very nice stack of Port Orford cedar tops that look good and are fairly priced. Most of his tonewood goes to acoustic guitars but he has plenty of stock sized for ukuleles. He sells large lots to some of the big guitar builders but is happy to fill small orders as well. I'm glad to have run into Vince and those of you like to use our West Coast woods might want to give him a shout.
