Jason was messing around on a LFDM. I figure a real player should show how it sounds. Sorry for the quality as I just used a iphone.

did Jason like the strings..or did he want to try the PHDs?

The clarity and warmth were great. It sounded very crisp and projecting, perfect for jazz.
For a second or two I thought it was amped. Had to watch the video again to see if it was all acoustic. Amazing.

I wish he would've grabbed one of those Kamoas off the wall to drive it home. Haha. Sounded great!

Sounds great! At first I thought it was amped too but it must just be the acoustics of the uke and the room. Is that a redwood top?

This uke has great projection and I believe Luis is getting better in his builds as this is only his 40th. I like the sound of the smaller hole better than the larger hole.

The uke is sinker redwood with milo b&s.

He liked the sound but we didn't talk specifically about strings. However, he sold me a cajon, a few tuners, and some shirts (j/k). hahaha

Lovely! Now I really need to go play Andrew's up in Wahiawa!

What a beauty Daniel! I like it better without the tailpiece.

Very nice......
