African Blackwood custom uke

Having a custom tenor made with African Blackwood back and sides and Sinker Redwood top. Has anyone heard a uke made with AB before and if so what did it sound like?

I am having a African Blackwood tenor built in 2016 by Rollo Scheurenbrand from Kailua Hi(I hope... )

I had bought the ABW from Hibdon Hardwoods and like the deep black color and straight tight grain....

it is a very dense hard wood(like Brazilian Rosewood)...I am going with a Redwood top or whatever Rollo suggest maybe Cedar...
I am trusting the builder as I have never played a ABW uke....but the wood is very different from what I have now....all my ukes have a different wood combo and each one sounds different tonewise..

who is building your uke? as I think the builder more important than wood choices...etc
