Brian Griffin from Griffin Ukes never ceases to amaze me. Not only by the quality of his instruments but the ideas he comes up with. This latest one is going to be incredible.

He mentioned yesterday was his highest count of people checking out his site; 537. I think we can beat that just to take a look at his new invention. While there, take a look at a few of his ukes he has for sale.

I'm not invested in Griffin Ukes by any means. I just really like the ones I have and have total admiration for the man as one who never quits improving at the age of 80.

What? No sound samples?

What an interesting instrument.

I'm waiting in anticipation myself. I'm sure it gonna be on heck of a gut bucket on steroids. Sure looks cool.

I did a sound sample on my Griffin Tenor for Brian that I think is buried in his blog a few weeks ago - why it's not posted under a video heading on the main page I don't know. I have another video that compares my Griffin (Griff) to my Vintage Martin Tenor and Kamaka Tenor that might just surprise everyone's ears. I have a Griffin Tenor with a Cedar Top and Koa back and sides.
