Roy Smeck Concert Uke in good condition with one well repaired side-crack.
* Spruce top and mahogany back and sides
* 13 inch scale, a 6-7/8" lower bout, and a 1-7/16" nut
* Fretboard is made of rosewood and has 12 brass frets
* Pearl double-dot markers at frets 5, 7 and 10
* Mechanical friction pegs with black plastic buttons
* Sunburst front, back, and neck with Ivoroid binding on top, soundhole and on the back.
* Minor dings and scratches, strum-wear, scuffs and finish crazing, One well repaired crack as mentioned.
* Bridge has some smudges around it and might have been reglued at some time.
* This uke has lots of volume and that woody, plunky vintage sound.
* Action about 3/16" above 12th fret.
As you can see, this one was well played and well loved...the mark of a nice sounding instrument!
Selling due to current personal changes in my life.
Sorry I do not have soprano case available but the uke will be double boxed for shipment.
