Heard a snippet of this tune in a Woody Allen movie last night. It's the George Gershwin tune 'Sweet And Lowdown' from the 1925 musical "Tip-Toes".

I worked out an arrangement for this knuckle-busting tune this morning and recorded it this afternoon - very quick. Solo uke.

Lovely and lively, Gerald. Please consider a youtube video of this sometime--we love sitting out here in our PJs, eating Twinkies, heels on the desk, watching you bust knuckles up and down the fretboard with reckless abandon.

Thanks coolkayaker1!

All of these audio recordings that I've posted on Soundcloud recently are "test balloons" for the new CD I'm recording this fall. I've been experimenting with different mic'ing techniques, placement, input levels etc.

Just a great job - first rate as always!
