So before you ask - I was shopping in Co-op one day and their bakery depatment was selling 'Ambient Doughnuts' - the correct but utterly ridiculous use of the word 'ambient' stuck with me and I thought I'm having that the next time I need any kind of alias. A couple of weeks later I signed on to UU. I guess I'm stuck with it now!
