  • I have only been playing for little less than a year. But I have been practicing at least an hour a day. I bought an IZ CD a couple of years ago and fell in love with the sound of the uke. I told myself when I got to old for hockey, I would learn to play. As far as Oprah I hope for your sake she finds someone to go with. I know tickets are hard to get. But if you get stuck going, I am sure you will enjoy Chicago.
I heard there are some good uke shops in Kauai. I also heard Keokis has frozen Mai Tai's. That is good enough reason for me to go. Indiana pretty much blows chunks. I live close to Chicago and have stayed around because the work has been good. At least until this year, but I guess it is bad all over.
Kaua'i looks awesome. My wife and I have been going to Maui for the past four years. Kaua'i might be in the cards this year. I don't think I can make the trip to Hana one more time. Ha Ha.
