I just find out Uke-lahoma can not make it on the 30th I am still going to come up to OKC if you still want to meet . where would you like to meet and what time ?

I moved to Broken Arrow (from the Dallas area) about a year and a half ago (all my wife's extended family is in the greater Tulsa area). Am trying to get some action locally, but it is really tough, even though many of the music stores are now stocking ukes.

I went to the Dallas festival,. met Blayne from Stillwater there. I have postings at the local music shops, and on Craig'sList (community section), but have not got a lot of interest yet.

Since ukes are so spread around the state, I have hoped that someone fairly central, say the OKC area, would step up and start a periodic jam -- say once a month, or at least every 2 months.

Know anyone willing to do this?
