Here is a very nice, Cherry Martin Style 3 Soprano Ukulele. It was built in 2012 and has upgraded tuners and strap button. The Martin hard shell case is included. I have been playing a lot of guitar again and this ukulele it too nice to be a case queen.
Like many Martins of this vintage, this ukulele had an issue with the binding pulling away slightly at the waist, (mostly in the back). It was repaired by Martin authorized luthier, Scott MacDonald. If you rotate the ukulele to the light, you can still see whiteness lines, but the repair is not noticeable unless you are looking for it. There are also s few small impressions on the back that I could not show with my camera, (very small and again, you have to hold the ukulele just right in order to find them). When repairing the binding the luthier buffed the body out to a semi-gloss, (kind of a vintage finish). The imperfections are very small, but I want to describe it accurately.
The action is low and the ukulele is a great player and a beautiful instrument. I think that it is a 9 out of 10.
