I'm sure we've all seen the clip of the Mele Double Necked Ukulele, and we've heard the song. Anyone got the tabs?

I simply cannot find any sort of tabs for this one. I also couldn't figure it out by ear, or by trying to replicate the fingering/chord shapes in the video. I know Dominator had them on his site but they got removed...can anyone help?
