Sounds like it's just:

At the end before the video cuts off they're playing:

That's not a triplet strum. That's a reggae strum. Reggae's got swing to it,
so every note has a triplet feel. That's probably why you thought it was a
triplet strum.

Each quarter note gets 3 dashes in my notation of swing time.
