I was asked if it was possible to include a Bauhinia flower with buds and seed pod to the peg head of this tenor. Probably the most intricate inlay I've done. Some of the components of it are as small as a pin head. Made up of Koa, Australian Blackwood, dyed Maple and Faux Ivory. Scrimshaw shading and color to add depth.
The body is Curly Australian Blackwood. Bindings are sap wood from same billet. Gold MOP rosette and fret markers. Ebony fret board, bridge and peg head overlays.
