Boat Paddle M Style concert:
Scale Length: 15"
Nut Width 1.44"
Tuners: Gotoh UPT
Frets: 20
Strings: Worth
Nut & Saddle: corian, pinned Nut
Top Wood: redwood
Back & Side: walnut
Finish: polished lacquer
Finger Board: ebony
Neck: walnut
Trim: ebony with purfling top and sides, herringbone rosette
Overall Length, Width, Depth: 24.38" x 8.50" x 2.63"
The wood for this ukulele is all 4A with fine trim to match. One piece front and back. The sound is crisp and clean with plenty of volume.
Excellent condition as this is barely played. I have many ukes and little time. Besides that I went through a move and job change so I haven't made time for ukes.
I have taken a pic of the makers mark around the rosette. Hand made ukes aren't perfect (MB's are close) and this mark certainly doesn't take away from the beauty of this piece, but I just wanted to mention it for those interested in it so that here aren't any unwanted surprises. It's a fine piece and anyone who has owned a boat paddle will likely vouch for one. I'll be sad to see this uke go but it will be best served in a home that will give it good use and enjoyment.
Custom hard case (which sells for $179 alone) and 48 states shipping included for $1250. Hawaii & Alaska will be slightly higher, sorry no international shipping.
