Any thoughts about when this may have been made? It has a wooden neck and wooden tuning pegs. 7A22244F-CD7F-4465-82CB-D1A0ACEB68B7.jpeg

Early fifties, I'd say.

This is one of the low-end Harmony ukes. Having violin pegs doesn't mean it's old, it just signifies it's a cheaper model.

It appears to be in very nice, playable condition. I love the '50s style graphics.

That would be so fun to play! Put some GraphTech tuners on it and enjoy it. Very pretty

I should have mentioned that the uke has neither a headstock nor soundhole label. Did Harmony ever manufacture these ukes with no label? I’ve never seen a Harmony uke without a label on the headstock. Is this really a Harmony in your opinion?

I wouldn’t be at all surprised if some previous owner had removed the labels. I’ve not seen one of these with (maple?) peg tuners before and, if original fit, I suspect that it was an economy variant. Harmony made loads of Ukes and not all of them had their name on them - sold under many different names, etc.
