Song Help Request Have A Little Dream On Me - Fats Waller

I heard this tune last night on one of the satellite music channels and fell in love with it. I can't find the chords anywhere online and would like to learn how to play it. Can anyone help me? (no tabs, please...I still need to learn how to read those suckers).

For that matter, does anyone have any good links to early jazz/tin pan alley type song sites?

i play it with GCEA tuning and the chords are C then , 2232, 3435, G, for stars shining bright above you, then the same for the next line except the G at the end is A7, then 3rd line is F and Fminor, finally the lat line is C, 3435, G, the tab intro goes

There are a lot of tin pan alley chord charts here.

I'd also recommend getting UU member Ian Chadwick's DVD of old sheet music - some great stuff there.
