Song Help Request Need help with Stairway to Heaven (Feng E cover)

I am trying to learn the song Stairway to Heaven (Feng E edition), but I am having a hard time figuring out the right-hand strumming pattern at around 2:47-3:11 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l9YLOlUa7ro)

Does anyone have any idea how to do that?
