Running Mac OS 11.4 on Safari. Let's see if edit works... [edit: yep, edit works fine]

This is a real problem for me, as I co-ordinate the Seasons of the Ukulele contests, and need to edit posts every week.
Ding! Ding! I think you identified it in the other thread with the guess that it is related somehow to UU VIP. Unless there is a VIP that can speak up that they have the Report-Edit-Delete?

I can't take the credit for this theory - it was JTSteam who spotted the common factor. Hope it is as simple as the rights that user group has been given.

I am running Mac OS Catalina 10.15.7 using Firefox 91.0.2
Still no "Report Edit Delete" appear on either my desktop or Laptop.

Indeed, it is a mystery.

I don't have edit or delete buttons but, instead, there's simple linked text (hypertext I believe is the correct term) for those functions.

Are you using "Reader View"? If so you can turn it off and get the screens being shown.

"Reader View" is in Safari and Chrome and maybe others. Do a Google search for "turn off reader view" and include the name of your device.

This may fix the problem.
No "Reader View" in Firefox. I suspect the problem may be that I don't use Safari or Chrome. (I refuse to use either.)

What is simple linked?
Look at the image I provided and you can see the linked text (hypertext). But basically it's a word with an embedded HTML link. You click the word and the link takes you to the edit or delete page.

The problem is those choices do not exist for me or it seems for any UU VIP member.
