I have an Enya X1M concert, and it serves it purpose. But like others have noticed, it's on the quiet side. So I'm wondering if there are any strings that might increase this uke's volume. The stock (fluorocarbon?) strings were OK (not the greatest but OK) for me, except for the volume. I put some Aquila nylgut/supernylgut (I think, bag was not marked) on this weekend and those just don't do it for me on this uke.

Any suggestions for what to try next? I'd be OK with a little more brightness too, along with more volume. The search function didn't come up with much, just a couple of mentions of Reds. Thanks.

There is only so much that strings can do with a quiet instrument. I would try Uke Logic or Worth high tension fluorocarbons. High tension will generally give you more volume and clarity than low tension.
