But in all seriousness, I still practice as hard as possible, does this mean I'm gonna pick up and MASTER a song in a week, probably no, even with playing as often as possible, when I'm not working 40 hours a week(or more) doing 12 hour overnights as a nurse, or maintaining my house, or dealing with family, or hanging with my husband or perhaps even playing some World of Warcraft.

But I practice, and I work on it. Maybe in 15 minute shots here and there, but you know what, it helps, and yeah, I'm getting a fair mastery of a few songs.

Translation: it is what you make of it. If you don't try to accomplish greatness, you'll never see it.
