    No I think it's only one. For each hive, you want two deep boxes and at least two medium or shalllow honey supers.

    I'd get it unassembled, it's a little effort, but not hard and I think you maybe learn a little by putting it together yourself.

    lots of boxes would be fine...depends on how many frets you want to squeeeze in.

    a medium sized box should be fine...something like an Oliva box should do well.

    depends on the neck and number of frets...that will determine if you got room on the box to place the bridge and/or if the placement is in a reasonable location on the box.
