I didn't realize the buyer was identified, so I see your point regarding being called a liar. If that hadn't happened, I would guess that 85% of us would rather have a decent replacement and just choose to not use hms again. I didn't find your comparison to the Mele situation to work for me because I remember the sales rep sticking his foot in hs mouth multiple times and leaving the customer hanging. I work in high end sales and while I believe the customer should always be considered, I also understand that many buyers are liars....
