Distorted sound?

Hey guys I'm new to Ukuleles. I bought an Ibanez UEW30 and this wasn't happening before, but the strings give me sort of a distorted sound as if they were bothered near the bridge. if this is normal please help me out if not, than I can make a video and upload it to my youtube to show you guys more clearly =\

Hmm, your description of the problem may be a bit too vague to generate good feedback.

Can you be more specific about the "distorted sound"? Is it string buzzing? Body rattling? Or something else?

Also, this sound "wasn't happening before". Before what exactly?
