You got a spit take-it was beer.
My nose is burning now . . . great post!
Got mine in about a week. I like it much better than the soprano OU.

thanks . . .found it at Musicians Friend-gonna buy one soon as finances permit.
kissing-I really like that multi-uke stand shown in your first post. Will you share some details about it? I'd like to get one. . .
I just came home from my local WallyWorld with 3 of 'em. a Doc McStuffins, a Sofia the First and a Lightning McQueen. I love that the McQueen uke has car wheels for tuner buttons! they are super easy...

the Schoenhut comes with a tuning wrench. what the heck is a tuning wrench?!
I gotta say that my Mainland mahogany concert is probably my most favored possession. Love it-I even got the goofy faux alligator case to go with it . . .

I bought a Lanakai L-MT (solid mahogany tenor) from them for $116 all up. I'm pretty pleased with it. I've had it for several days now, and the strings are starting to keep their tune much better . ....
I went for it. Ordered the Lanikai Solid Mahogany Tenor - $113.95 all up. . .that's about the same as I spent on an LU21 about 2 years ago.
Thanks for the link, KoaDependant!
has anyone here dealt w/Butler Music? 100$ for a solid hog tenor is tempting me. . .

Got mine today. . .one day early.
Posted about it in the "I have an Outdoor Ukulele in my hands" thread.
I'm kinda starting to like it. I think the frets could use some filing. they are TALL,...
Yeah, I didn't even consider putting a button on teh neck. . .it seems to be a fairly thin casting. I just tied it onto the headstock with a string. The self stick velcro i used on the other end has...
quick edit-I got the 85b tuners.
I got mine today-one day in advance of the USPS original "expected delivery by" date. Go USPS . . .
I really like the Grover tuners, so far. My only other uke with friction tuners has 2b's on it....
The USPS website sez mine should be here Saturday. It's #178. I'm looking forward to it.
bborzell-didn't mean to sound snippy . . .sorry if i offended
got the 85b tuner upgrade on my outdoor uke . . .I'm still happy. . .
earlier today. . .read teh thread . . .
so, i already have had a response from the Outdoor Uke folks. . . I'm # 178! Jennifer sez they are shipping instruments as fast as they can, and I'm satisfied with that. Awesomely quick answer,...
