Amen. Most people will trade instant gratification in a second for a decent future. Jeff Bezos sees humans, and the planet, as disposable units, for his greedy satisfaction only. People, please...
I went to the website and signed up for the e-newsletter, immediately got a copy, the last post I found was from 12/31/20.
You may be right....
I have no idea who Carol Baskin is, but that thing looks hideous to me. That ukulele could be a knock off of a uke built by somebody we all know....
Maybe it's all relative to the OP....if he's used to playing "entry level" ukuleles, then a $Grand could be a lot to pay for one. What is high end to me, might be mid priced to you....someone had...
I've been to Venice lots of times, but never ventured into Nokomis. Just a bit to far from here to commute every day....
It's not a freestanding building per se, it has a Unit A address, which tells...
That was beautiful! Congrats on your find.
Congrats! I hope you'll do a review of it, when (if) you can put it down long enough.
The battle between ANueNue, Flight, and Enya is liable to kill Kala, Fender, Luna, etc.
An all laminate Cordoba was my 1st concert scale uke. It had to be taken back to Sam Ash Music, where I bought it, to be set up for ANOTHER 40.00!
After that, I got along with it pretty well. I know...
Very nice! I play a slightly different version, a slower waltz tempo, but on ukulele instead of banjouke. You did a good job...
PeteyHoudini, thanks for posting this. i can't wait to see it. We do Tiptoe Through The Tulips onstage with regularity.
I know. I have smaller hands. Last year I had a custom built with a 1.5" nut, and I could not play a single barre chord on it. I had to sell it. lesson learned.
I really like Oasis strings. Worth Clears are a safe bet too.
I'm really sorry about your arm. A friend, who is a very good picker, wrecked her arm, it didn't heal well, and she has a whole room full of ukes she can't play.....bummer.
Good luck with your sales.
I was really just about ready to pull the trigger. Then I saw that it has a 1.5 inch nut. Nope, no way am I torturing my hands like that, it's way to wide. Beautiful uke, though.
I look at it like I...
Congrats, it looks really cool.

Wow, I rarely see you this turned on by a review product. This uke is really something. Not a fan of pin bridges.....but....
If i bought one, I wonder where i could hide it....
Thank you plunker. She is with us still, as long as we remember her.....
nice hat! Cool song,
Welcome to UU! I hope you enjoy it.
Keep strummin'.
I especially like "leanrt" and "Ruint". I heard them all the time in Kentucky and Tennessee.
