Also consider Fremont Blackline mediums. Excellent, resonant fluorocarbon strings.
Since Pete Seeger kept this one alive, I’m doing it.

Some Dylan, you say?
My friend Mitch and I play this at the bandstand in front of the Sir Walter Raleigh statue downtown every year during the International Bluegrass Music Association convention...
Jon, what an excellent concept ... but we’ll be giving away sensitive info if we dedicate to someone else ...
I'd recommend forget the phone, concentrate on the laptop instead. First checking your laptop's mics with a decent pair of headphones. If they aren't up to par, then put your money into a Blue...
Val broke the seal on Traffic, so here’s another ... 1968 ... Dave Mason wrote it. Everybody’s covered it!

Ken puts new ones on eBay with some regularity. If you can wait, either that or a Kiwaya should become available. Ziret is right. The others are great ukes, both they’re not modeled after the classic...
Yay! That is all.
Ken Timms, if you can find one on eBay or on the secondary market. Martins are excellent, too.
A little Warren Zevon number that I end up redoing when we have Hawaiian-themed seasons. Can’t help myself!

I paid $695 US for one on this side of the pond via the Marketplace. Highly satisfactory.
Happy Birthday, Val!
John Fogerty had a carnival in his back yard. Yeah, that was it ...

Luis brought an early Jethro Tull song, and here's another. From the Living in the Past (U.S. version) album. Probably was a single in the U.K.

I replaced the stock friction tuners with Grover 6s. The silicone washer makes tuning much easier and more secure. $25 upgrade and you can do it in a few minutes. Mine also had the wood fretboard,...
I own the concert Firefly and it’s terrific. Plenty of volume if you want it. I use a handkerchief behind the bridge to dampen the volume if needed. Highly recommended.
I’m surprised this wasn’t done earlier. Was this from the open mic, Steve?
Anyway, George and Ringo did some fine collaborations without the other lads.

Agreed. Didn’t mean to sound like that.
Good luck. Unless Makala has changed the materials, the uke is 100% plastic, so there’s not much you can do that’s correctable.
Somebody grab this. If it had been available six months ago, I would have gotten it. Not in the position to expand the herd right now.
I owned an SK-35G and loved it (sold when I was downsizing my collection). You will need to humidify it. I didn’t one winter and a small crack developed between the sound hole and the fret board. Had...
I love it!
People say the letter, but I think it should be the number. The spiffier models are the 1s, 3s and 5s.
No one's done this yet? Guess I have to break the seal. Speaking of broken, man, Garth Brooks can shred some vocal chords ...

Jim, you’ve done it again. Happy birthday a day early, too!
