I replaced the stock friction tuners with Grover 6s. The silicone washer makes tuning much easier and more secure. $25 upgrade and you can do it in a few minutes. Mine also had the wood fretboard,...

I own the concert Firefly and it’s terrific. Plenty of volume if you want it. I use a handkerchief behind the bridge to dampen the volume if needed. Highly recommended.
