I have all my uke books on the tablet (and the PC), many as samples, gives perspective what uke is about.
When it comes to the playing, I prefer to work on one (Beatles) piece at a time, the text...
All the sudden I was a pro for a day. I blended in among those who know what they're doing.
Hadn't much used a hat since getting one in VENICE a few years ago (we don't count the obvious winter cap :)). And then, now, I found the Seasonistas. And guess what? Wearing a hat makes you look...
Dug up my old tuning fork. It was 440.6 Hz, apparently incredibly accurate!
They sang Hello Goodbye, I whistle Goodbye Hello :)

Are there anyone else not clipping on? As I'm playing alone the clip is not necessary. And I prefer not to put anything "extra" on my uke. So I'm using Pocket Ukulele Tuner (pro) on my smartphone....
Problem is you have to use more time and effort than necessary on the tuning if "overdoing" it. I'm quite demanding, but seriously you get it right enough I'd guess with any electronic tuner. If you...
I know what you are talking about. Some of my chords sounded outright awful before somehow figuring (and fingering) it out.
I have had one uke choice in my life. It was between my soprano and a concert of the same series.

Can I still play my soprano, or should I switch to baritone?
Good points Bill. I would think twice before writing AN ukulele though...people would think I'm just staring at how it's spelt...
AN 'UKULELE!
Seriously, I don't (or shouldn't) care...listening...
Congrats to you both!
Harmony Smurf, "toy" instruments, didn't see that coming :D
They would lose their reputation, and that wouldn't be commercially viable. And they know it.
Nice somebody is reading the fine print of the TOS. The rest of us are living for today, hoping for the best :)

So now I alternatively can call my ukulele for a necked guitar. Are there non-necked guitars?...
Have a uke?
Have a uke.
Have a uke!
For me it was going after a package. The place just happened to be a combined package delivery place and a small music store, for some reason these totally unrelated tasks combined. They had mostly...
Nice! You also sold one so no grave UAS :)
I googled and found the uke really is a four stringed guitar. Wouldn't have realized...
I'd recommend a color code. After all the human eye recognizes more than a million different colors. Plenty of uke right there!
