Check your resonator fluid, if it's ok, it could be the drone attenuator bearing.

Try a brace around your arm, right below your elbow. Is it the tendons in that area? I had elbow pain on both sides playing golf, started wearing braces (wraps) and no pain!...
Very nice, congrat's! I like Living Water high G on my Kanile'a concert, I have Living Water low G on my tenor Martin IZ. They have a great sound and soft feel.
Looks like it's worth maybe $300-$400...will that change your life? I still have my first uke, it's a $45 Lanikai, I never play it, but I'll always keep it, it was my first, it's irreplaceable.
Haven't seen or heard of a 6-string Ubass...
Maybe just a good setup and lowering the action a bit would be a better solution.
Oahu cases from theukulelesite dot com, nice cases, variety of color choices the Crossrock leather covered looks really nice if you want to spend $200. I'm leaning toward the tweed one for my Martin...
Love Living Water! If you can get friends to order too, or order several sets, you can order from Kens website and he only charges one price for shipping, no matter how many you order. A friend in...
Islanders are wider at the nut, 1 1/2". My concert AC-4 sounds pretty good with low G. Laminate, not too expensive in case it gets damaged, sounds and plays good. It's not for sale, though. As Jim...
Right now at Musicians Friend, you can get their Musicians Gear concert, tenor and baritone cases for $39.99 and free shipping, soprano case is $34.99. I have/had soprano through baritone and they're...
Looks like the Snail has a solid mahogany top, which would probably give you better acoustic sound, it would also need humidification if you're in a dry climate. IMHO it's better looking too.
If it sounds and plays like you want, it must be good! :shaka:
I like the idea of a solid piece, no joint. Bookmatching is hard to get it all to line up exactly, which sometimes bugs my OCD...:biglaugh:
My Martin IZ, looks like it's a solid piece...

:agree: A recent discussion among my group of friends, lead me to order one, but I've never used it or never used one in the almost 9 years of playing...:biglaugh:
Sounds like you're happy, that's what counts! :shaka:
:agree: New factory ukes are a very poor "investment"...I've lost a lot of money buying and selling ukes, even used ones.
Just going from your pros and cons, seems like the Opio has better sound and looks that you like. And, it's solid acacia, which would be my preference. I don't like the thick, heavy neck of Pono.
Congrat's, pic's or it's not true...:shaka:
:agree: Living Water, all fluorocarbon...
First of all, Mi-si pickups are an excellent choice. But, not sure if it's worth installing in a $200 uke.
Older Cordobas are very nice, not sure what the models are but the newer ones, I'd pass...
You can also center focus around the 5th fret for shorter reaches...but I like the lower tone more around the third fret.
Pretty cool...

Thanks, I usually noodle around on my Ubass...
Our club, Sun City Ukulele Club has donated several ukuleles to our 2 libraries in Sun City, they're almost always checked out. I would avoid plastic, the Dolphins or Sharks would be decent choices,...
Like Kala, bringing out every wood, color, texture, graphic. Every week, it seems there's some new gimmick to sell.
