Here are some of our backyard friends. I know that a lot of people don't really like squirrels too much because they can do a lot of damage...but they are really so cute with distinct personalities.... and they are just so much fun to watch. One can't help smiling watching the squirrels play...

This is Bella. I got her only a few weeks after Tia passed, as I could not stand being home without a dog, and she has been a wonderful little dog as well. She has a big heart and a huge personality in a little 12 pound body.

This is one of my favorites of my wondrous dog, Tia who passed a few years ago. She was my soul dog who was always within two feet of me, unless I was at work. I still miss her as she was a very special dog and an incredible gift.

Welcome to the forum, this is a great place to hang out and learn. I discovered ukes later in life as well...but I think for the ukulele, one is never too old or too young to learn...and the moment of discovering the wonder of playing the ukulele is exactly the right moment.
