Congrats on your new ukulele! I like Ko'olau Aho strings on mine. The wider fret board takes a little while to get use to but after a few days it is so comfortable. I also find the wood takes a few days to acclimate to your area.

Kanilea has a 1.5 nut. I have never played one but Kala Elite are supposed to have a wider nut also. I prefer the 1.5" also.

A lot of the fun is trying to keep up and play songs you have never heard before. It keeps you on your toes and makes it exciting. I have been "jamming" with a group for a few months with my uke but recently picked the guitar up again and hoping I can jam along with it.

I watched that for days and thought it would jump up at the last minute. It didn't! I don't need another uke but for that price it would have been hard to pass up.

After a few days of playing this I am really liking it more than I thought I would. The neck profile is great and probably the most comfortable out of my 4 ukes. Still cramped with the 35mm nut but as long as I don't play anything with Dm I am good. It is still strung with nylons which I am not...

That's an awesome uke. The 19" 5 string sound really nice. I'll admit it, I'm a bit jealous. Congrats on the new ukulele!

Too many crazy figured woods and too blingy inlays. Don't get me wrong, I really like some figured wood but if it has several different types of figured wood it looks ugly. I like the look of a straight grained cedar or spruce with a figured/wavy side and back.

Looks like a great uke for the price you are asking.
